  • 1. Ordering
    • You place your order online and within 3 steps you create an online proof.
      • 1 upload an image file for printing in our online printing wizard (preferably vector file - ai, eps, pdf, cdr - or for logo printing; min. 300 dpi raster file for full colour printing*)
      • 2 create a proof by adapting your logo, select a technique and print position for the logo
      • 3 approve the proof
  • 2. Artwork approval
    • Our pre-press department will receive your print proof and will validate the result. They will change it where necessary to ensure an optimal print result. Within 2 hours we prepare your artwork approval pdf proof (visualisation) in the 'My Account' section in the webshop. You will receive an email notification when the file is ready. You can download the pdf to send it to your customer for approval and you can request changes or approve it online. Once you approve we will start preparing your order for production.

      • a. Every product available on the day of ordering, is sent automatically from the primary storage location.
      • b. If a product is not available in the primary warehouse, our system automatically changes the allocation to the secondary warehouse.
      • c. If the goods are not available in any of the warehouses at the moment of ordering, our system will confirm the required quantity from the nearest incoming shipment.
      • d. Should a product not be available from any of our warehouses or from incoming deliveries, you will see on the order confirmation that the status of the product is ""unconfirmed"".
